Jim has over 30 years of business experience, including leadership roles in the Supply Chain Automation and Management Consulting industries. As Executive Vice President of Global R&D at Dematic, he has led their technology transformation initiatives and positioned them as a market leader in automation solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and completed the Global Executive Program at INSEAD. With a passion for social enterprise, he is an avid supporter of Global Brigades, a non-profit resolving health and economic disparities through sustainable initiatives, and a lead investor in Eskala, a microfinance equity fund investing in community-owned banks in Central America. He is currently co-CEO of Halftime Institute and has been married for 32 years with 2 children.
