Over the past couple of years, our Board of Directors and I have been praying and planning for the next season of No Regrets Men’s Ministry—seeking the best way to strengthen our leadership team and lay a solid foundation for the future.
This September, Albo Esilaba will step into the role of Executive Director. Albo is a trusted friend and gifted leader with more than 20 years of experience in church ministry and global discipleship. We first met while serving together at Elmbrook Church, where I saw firsthand his heart for Jesus, his commitment to discipleship, and his vision for the nations. He is deeply aligned with the mission of No Regrets, and I couldn’t be more excited about what God has in store for the ministry through his leadership.
The official handoff will take place at the No Regrets Conference on February 7, 2026. I will remain in a full-time capacity through early March to ensure a smooth transition and then continue serving No Regrets part-time, focusing on writing, teaching, and equipping leaders.
